We have already been two weeks in Reykjavik. Our maintask here has been interceding and worshiping. We have daily gone for a prayerwalk and interceted for things that God put on our hearts.
Isaiah has been our challenge from the Bible, and we have been diving into that book and studied it chapter by chapter. Don´t ask why we didn´t choose a harder one. :) But it´s interesting...
We have been taking part in church services and a youth meeting. It´s good to see how we can be encouraging the local people!
Last week two of us went to a soup kitchen, a place were those in need can come and eat during the day. We helped them there with the dishes and hanged out with the people. It was a nice experience and we enjoyed it! This week we will continue that work and all of us will get the opportunity to go there.
On Saturdaynight we went downtown doing some streetevangelisation. We offered hot chocolate and coffee to those who wanted and then we just talket with the people. It surprised us how open people were and that they really wanted to talk. Definitely something we´re going to do again!
Just wanted to let you know that we love your blog and linked to it on our website, http://www.faithtelegraph.com. Blessings, Mark.
