Petrussa and Florin

On our last free day in Sighisoara we, Mervi, Katri, Alice and Pekka (he is the YWAM leader in Rovaniemi), went to Brasov with Ligia. We were enjoing the nature and God's creativity on Carpathians. The view was so beautiful!!

After our day journey we were invited to go and pray for a family in a small village on our way back home. It was already little late so we were not so excited about it but at the same time we were interested of the family.

The daughter, Petrussa, had a some kind of a degeneration of the muscles. So she was paralyzed and could not move. Three years ago she was in a hospital because she could not breath well and something went wrong and she lost her eye sight. But she was not only unfortunened one in her family. Her Brother, Florin, was suffering the same muscle illness.

But the work they were doing was amazing!! She was a Bible teacher for over 300 prisoners from different places from Romania. She send them letters and tought and encouraged them. Her brother was the hands and the eyes for her and together they prayed for those men daily.

So often it is so easy to make some excuses why we can not share the Gospel. But that event made us think little different!! All God is asking is our obedience and He will do the rest:).
